Die casting Dies caonsist of two major areas: the ejector die half and the cover die half. And the die cavities and cores are usually machined into inserts that are fitted into each of these halves. The cover die fifty percent is secured to the stationary platen, while the ejector die half is fastened to the movable platen. The cavity and matching core must be designed so that the die moulds can be pulled away from the solidified casting.

Mould design: The mould are designed and build by experienced engineers and technical staff who can collaborate with our patient’s own engineers on the design of castings to ensure smooth production and good performance for done products.
The mould are created by PRO/ENGINEER, SOLIDWORKS, UNIGRAPHICS and simulation analysis software to make sure the quality and high efficiency before tooling machining. Mould tooth cavity and frame will be machined by modern equipments such as CNC engineering center, EDM machines and EDM wire cutting machines.
